• The curtain rises on the LUMMA CLR F
• Performance Tuning for all engine variants
• 24-inch forged alloy wheels underline the athletic appearance
A fine combination of sleek styling, fine handling and everyday practicality, the new F-Pace is the most versatile sporting Jaguar. “LUMMA CLR F” is the name that heralds the public debut of the LUMMA Design tuning programme for the new Jaguar F-PACE at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show.
The first individualisation programme for the new Jaguar F-Pace, the LUMMA Design CLR F package is the culmination of their considered application of their own ideas to emphasise both the sport and luxury sides of the crossover from Coventry.
Consisting of carbon-fibre and PU-RIM body styling components, ultra-light forged 24-inch alloy wheels, sports exhaust system, and an engine upgrade programme for all engine variants, the CLR F takes the F-Pace to the next level.
Maximum driving pleasure, and maximum attention are the tenets of the CLR F conversion.
The first attention getter is the OEM quality PU RIM body styling kit that consists of a new front bumper and rear apron, visually linked along the cars lower flanks by sculpted side skirts. Wheel arch extensions emphasise the cars stance, and thus its presence on the road.
Weight reduction where it counts is important at LUMMA, and so their Sportlook bonnet and rear under body diffuser are made from carbon-fibre. These parts and the body styling kit carry full TÜV certification.
Another highlight of the latest LUMMA project is the first ever 24-inch wheel and tyre set for this car. LUMMA’s lightweight forged alloy wheels, wrapped in 285/35ZR24 and 355/25ZR24 rubber, fill out the front and rear wheel arches.
The most popular engine in the range is the supercharged all-alloy 3.0-liter V6 with 280kW / 380hp in standard form. LUMMA Design will shortly have a power upgrade ready that will increase its output to a rousing 353kW / 480hp.
Part and parcel of this is the LUMMA Design sport exhaust system, which lowers exhaust backpressure, and visually culminates in four powerful looking tailpipes, flanked by carbon-fibre.
The traditional craftsmen in LUMMA Design’s trim department are standing by to translate a customer’s ideas into a plush interior bearing their personal signature.
Here, the finest leather and Alcantara in a wide choice of hues set the stage for contrasting trim inserts created from high-tech aluminium, carbon-fibre or traditional wood veneers. A set of aluminium foot pedals and high-quality floor mats bearing the LUMMA coat of arms logo add the finishing touch.
The LUMMA Jaguar F-PACE tuning programme goes on sale during the third quarter of 2016.
